Shortly after your wedding, you'll also receive a beautiful preview gallery to enjoy while I carefully edit your full collection. Every image is individually edited in my signature style because I believe your photographs deserve time, care and attention rather than being rushed.

Absolutely! Around six weeks before your wedding, I'll send you a wedding questionnaire where you can include your group photo list.

I usually recommend around 10–12 group photographs, as this covers the most important family and friendship combinations while allowing everyone to get back to celebrating quickly.

I also recommend asking someone who knows your family and friends well to help gather everyone together on the day, making the process as smooth and relaxed as possible.

Around six weeks before your wedding, I'll send you a detailed wedding questionnaire to gather everything I need for the day, including your timeline, family group photographs and any special moments you'd like me to be aware of.

Once you've completed it, we can arrange a final video call if you'd like, where we'll go through everything together and make sure you're feeling completely prepared.

Yes! Every edited image is delivered in high resolution without watermarks.

Your photographs will be delivered in a private online gallery where you, your family and your friends can easily view, share and download your images from any device.

Absolutely.

Your online gallery includes an integrated professional print store where you can order beautiful prints and wall art directly from your gallery, allowing you to enjoy your photographs long after your wedding day.

Your gallery will remain online for three years, giving you plenty of time to download your photographs and order prints whenever you wish.

You'll receive plenty of notice before your gallery is due to expire, although I always recommend downloading your images as soon as possible.

Rain never ruins a wedding day!

I'm always prepared for changing weather and can quickly adapt our plans if needed. Some of my favourite photographs have been taken in the rain, and if you're happy to embrace it, a couple of classic black or white umbrellas can create beautifully romantic images.

Pre-wedding sessions are available as an optional extra and are a wonderful opportunity to become more comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day.

Out of respect for my couples' privacy, I don't share complete wedding galleries publicly.

A supplier meal is always hugely appreciated for full-day coverage, particularly when venues restrict access to food or there aren't nearby facilities.

If you're unable to provide one, that's absolutely fine — I simply ask that you let me know in advance so I can make alternative arrangements.

I'm always respectful of the rules and guidance of churches and religious venues.

Before your ceremony begins, I'll speak with the officiant if needed to ensure I understand any restrictions, allowing me to capture your ceremony beautifully while remaining completely respectful throughout.

Yes, for larger weddings or when you're both getting ready in different locations, a second photographer can be a fantastic addition.

I work with a small team of trusted photographers whose style complements mine, allowing even more moments and different perspectives to be captured throughout your day.

In the extremely unlikely event that I'm unable to photograph your wedding due to illness, maternity leave or circumstances beyond my control, I'll do everything I can to arrange a trusted replacement photographer from my professional network.

If a suitable replacement cannot be found, any payments made will be handled in accordance with the terms of my contract, giving you complete peace of mind.

Absolutely.

If you'd like a little more time on your wedding day, additional coverage can usually be added (subject to availability) at £250 per hour. Many couples choose this to include more of the morning preparations or extra evening celebrations.
